We are a creative, centric-loving group of people who gracefully connect with Washington State's most vulnerable Medicaid Apple Health eligible groups, including the homeless, disabled, those lost in mental health, and addiction. Our Mission
Grace Connection Services (GCS) is a Foundational Community Support (FCS) and non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals transition from homelessness, addiction, physical and mental health disabilities and re-entry into community working with Department of Correction to stable living conditions and gainful employment. We are proud of our innovative approach to integrating mental health services within housing and employment programs, pioneering the standard of mental health.
Finding a Safe and Stable Place to Call Home
Finding a safe and stable place to call home is the foundation of a successful life. GCS is dedicated to assisting individuals in transitioning from homelessness and incarceration by providing meaningful employment opportunities that offer purpose beyond mere job functions.
Building Strong Relationships
GCS is continuously building strong relationships with landlords and employers to support individuals coming out of prison, addiction, and chronic homelessness. Our fantastic network ensures that everyone has a chance to succeed, providing second chances and fresh starts.
